Our Science
Made for Women.
Made for the World.
Women-first supplements, rooted in Indian science.
Our Story ——
We looked at women’s wellness and found a problem: there was almost nothing made for women. Most supplements were built for a generic adult, with little thought for periods, PCOS, planning a pregnancy, or the way Indian women actually eat and live.
Women were left guessing, using products meant for someone else, or putting their own health last. That is why we created Bodylia: supplements designed for women first, rooted in Indian science and made for women everywhere, with the right ingredients, the right doses and complete honesty on the label.
Women deserve products made for them.
Not a generic formula in a prettier box.
Science should be clear.
If we include an ingredient, we can explain why.
Quality is not optional.
Every batch is tested before it reaches you.
Good nutrition should be within reach.
For the women who need it most.
Our Standard ——
-
Rooted in Indian science. Doses follow ICMR DRI 2020, the Indian nutrition guidelines, and are made for women everywhere.
-
Active forms first. We choose the nutrient forms the body uses best.
-
Standardized botanicals only. No raw herbal powders; every extract has a guaranteed active content.
-
No megadosing. Doses match real needs and stay within safe upper limits.
-
Full label transparency. No proprietary blends. Every ingredient and dose is listed.
-
WHO-GMP certified manufacturing in audited pharmaceutical cleanrooms.
-
Tested every batch for ingredient strength, heavy metals, microbes and dissolution.

Science Rooted in India, Made for the World ——
Women everywhere face real nutrition gaps, including iron deficiency, low vitamin D, low B12 and PCOS. We start from Indian women’s health data, where these gaps are especially high, and design formulas around real needs, not around a generic average.

The right guidelines. We follow ICMR DRI 2020, based on Indian diets and physiology. It recommends higher iron intake for Indian women before menopause than many Western guidelines.
The right forms. The form of a nutrient decides how well it is absorbed and how it feels to take.
| Nutrient | Common form | Bodylia form | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|---|
| Vitamin B12 | Cyanocobalamin | Methylcobalamin | Active form the body can use directly without synthetic cyanide cleavage. |
| Folate | Folic acid | L-methylfolate (Quatrefolic®) | Active form, important for women with MTHFR genetic polymorphism variants. |
| Iron | Ferrous sulfate | Liposomal ferric pyrophosphate | Designed to be gentle on the stomach. |
| Coenzyme Q10 | Standard Ubiquinone | Kaneka Ubiquinol® | Active reduced form yielding up to 8x higher plasma uptake for oocyte ATP energy. |
| Inositol | Generic single inositol | Physiological 40:1 Ratio | Mirrors human follicular fluid ratio for PCOS insulin sensitivity and ovulatory rhythm. |
Standardized botanicals. Shatavari, Black Cohosh and Ashwagandha extracts have a guaranteed minimum level of active compounds, so every batch is consistent.
The right dose. Not the biggest dose. We dose to need, stay within ICMR safe upper limits and publish every amount.
